I am actually having a pretty hard time with this week. I'm pretty out of shape, and I'm pretty overwhelmed/stressed in general - and I admit to a ton of grumbling this week. It takes a great deal more mental energy for me to prepare a meal than it does for folks who have been doing it for ages. Total bachelor moment. I must have stood there staring at it with a deeply furrowed brow for a good twenty minutes.
